Anstrengend Weg den Berg jedesmal hoch.

Fina pooler, och att det fanns shuttle bus till beachen.

Första rummet var förfärligt, gick ej att spola, duschen svämmade över, luktade unket.. Bygge utanför.. dålig förståelse från receptionen, ej acceptabelt att behöva tjata..Fully booked fick jag höra men efter två nätters tjat fick vi mkt bättre rum. Alla trappor upp till andra rummet, var sämre bara. Vissa av personalen var väldigt otrevliga tyvärr.

The settings of the hotel were really nice. Close to all the shops and beach. They did regular transport to the beach throughout the day.

It was on a Hill, hence the name. That wasn't ideal but the transport to the beach was helpful. The pools needed a good clean. Not sure if the filters were working but there were lots of bits in all the pools. It didn't seem like it was because they couldn't keep on top of it but more because they weren't doing it on a regular basis. We just ended up going to the beach instead, which was a shame because the settings at the hotel were lovely.

The room was good

Housekeeping was terrible. Never emptied the bin or replaced the toilet paper. Stole cash the kids didn't put in the safe. Bottom pool smelt like sewage and the climb up hill to breakfast was terrible

Beautiful tranquil hotel set amongst a lush garden. Our deluxe bungalow was perfect. It was clean, comfortable and well maintained. Definitely recommend and would stay here again. Awesome location.

The hotel is fine, nice, and clean, however not a value for money for sure

If someone has even slight movement problem, I would like to warn them. The location in extremely uncomfortable to climb everytime you come out. Even when you enter to the property, you have to climb a lot of stairs to reach your room. I booked it for 3 days but got pain from so much uncomfortable walks. The pool closes by 7 pm and they don’t even allow you to sit and have your drinks. They took 2k BHT for security which none other hotels in Thailand took it from us. Overall, I feel the hotel is quite overpriced and uncomfortable.
