Das Einzige, was uns gefallen hat war, dass es recht grün auf der Anlage war. ALLES andere war leider seh schlecht, heruntergekommen und sehr sehr laut.

Das aller schlimmste war die Lautstärke im gesamten Hotel. Zum einen gab es eine enorme Lautstärke von der Straße zum anderen konnte man alles hören, was sich auf dem Hotelflur abgespielt hat, Türen, Klingeln, Gespräche. Einfach alles. Wir waren drei Nächte vor Ort und konnten nicht eine Nacht vernünftig schlafen. Wir haben sogar das Zimmer gewechselt, leider ohne Besserung… Es war leider ganz ganz schlimm und absolut nicht weiter zu empfehlen.

Hotel ad una breve passeggiata da Kata Beach, raggiungibile in 5 min a piedi. L'hotel offre servizio navetta, anche se ad orari limitati.

le foto delle piscine ingannano un pò, sembrano più grandi, quando in realtà sono medio/piccole. Buona la colazione, anche se avrei apprezzato più dolce o comunque non tanto cibo orientale, visto che la clientela è prevalentemente europea. Farei qualcosa anche per le tantissime mosche, che non ti lasciano in pace mentre si fa colazione. Le stanze hanno odore di umidità, si potrebbe migliorare anche la pulizia.

Wij hadden ivm onze baby een kamer bij het nieuwe gedeelte, een voordeel daarvan was dat wij binnen enkele minuten zo de winkelstraat inliepen! Op een paar minuten afstand is ook een geweldige night market met heerlijk eten. Het personeel is heel vriendelijk! Je het meerdere zwembaden en bij elk zwembad kun je drankjes en eten bestellen.

Het is een resort met heel veel trappen. Als je niet goed te been bent is het wellicht wat lastiger om overal te komen (afhankelijk waar je verblijft op het park). Je kunt wel altijd de receptie bellen die je met een karretje ergens naartoe brengen. De schoonmaak kwam ook soms pas heel laat.

The hill you have to walk up, is super steep. Making it quite difficult in the heath

I like the breakfast and localisation close to the beach

Communication with the staff was difficult (language barrier, misunderstandings). The room we got was different from the one booked. It was down a hill very hard for my mother to go up, staff did not help to get her up either.
