Canadian Family We are disapointed with the overall experience of this resort. It is a 3 star at most. We have travelled to many 5 star resorts and this was by far the least desirable experience in comparison. Resort requires deep cleaning, maintenance and furniture replacement. See photos attached.

Difícil reservar en restaurantes a la carta, sin embargo, lo logramos con ayuda de los conserjes!!!

Los restaurantes temáticos, la accesibilidad a las playas, las piscinas y la atención fue espectacular, lo mejor de todo fue eso.

El baño tenía un escape y el cuarto se mantenía mojado, los snacks nunca supimos dónde se tomaban, el restaurante del frente de la playa solo atendía almuerzos y días por medio hacían "asados", pero no era constante y si daba hambre solo se podía comer después de las 12.

Just got back from fantasia punta cana don't know where to start, a family holiday costing over £14.000 was joke from start to finish , rooms need updating , got to ask to change towels in room same to restock the mini bar, the pool area's a few broken tiles, one of the children with us cut his foot, water park not opened for 4/5 days when arrived kids really disappointed been looking forward to it for the last 10 months, the food, would have been better going to Iceland it would have been warmer hooray for the microwave and the same thing day in day out, the staff one or two where good where as the rest completely bone idle didn't want to do anything but stand and talk, how would you feel if you are told to use another water park on the complex but children cannot get a drink in heat of 30 odd degrees because they had a different wrist band on, (by the way we was all inclusive as well ) absolutely disgusting, I could go on and on , a full list of complaints have gone in to the hotel and the tui rep guess what they offered a voucher or a small cash sum of our next holiday also wanted us to sign a disclaimer, shows you are not getting what it says on the tui website, my personal opinion this is no more than 3 star hotel not a 4.5/5 star as advertised rant over feel sorry for the people who have got this hotel booked

Over promised and under delivered. Nothing like what they advertised. Waterpark closed . Kids areas closed. Spa closed. Mini bar not filled up daily . No water in room for 4 days had to ask 4 times to re stock . We paid for a steak but got a burger is the only way to describe this hotel .Pool areas not cleaned full of dead wasp . Very disappointing. Don't bother coming here. Grandchildren refused water I 34 degrees heat. Food cold in restaurants and same day after day.

Waterpark closed said we could go to Esmeralda as an alternative but staff at Esmeralda refused to give my children water. teens club closed, spa closed, circus restaurant closed. Food is the same and repetitive, if you’re not getting freshly cooked then it’s cold. Mini bar does not get restocked. My 8 year old-son cut his foot on a piece of broken tile in the pool. Pool areas are not cleaned. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Shame on TUI recommending this hotel as 4.5 star and family friendly. Trips an absolute rip off. Best thing about this hotel is the golf buggies to take you elsewhere

Great all round experience. Booking in was easy, reception helpful. Room good ( but fridge not always topped up) but did bring water to the room when asked. Pool was good ( plenty of sun beds) maybe because time of year. Pool bar - service was good, but not always the best drinks ( ice cream very nice, eat it before it melts ). Lobby bar - very friendly, helpful and kept the glass topped up. Buffet Restaurant- breakfast very good variety and other times there was always something to eat. Service was good. Personally I found it a bit noisy inside ( due to my hearing condition ) , so chose to use outside area. Gourmet Restaurant- Excellent food ( Lobster with Steak) 👍👍👍 Circus grill- was nice , food was good. Let down a bit on second visit with service at the end of the meal. Japanese experience- was very good and entertaining. Good Food. Brazilian- not so good, Meat was very salty. So personally not impressed. Overall a great week.
