An excellent experience! Everything was perfect! The food was delicious, a great variety at the buffet and great choices at the a la carte restaurants. The drinks were phenomenal and the beach beautiful. This hotel is very clean and proper. The staff work hard to make sure it stays well kept. The pools are beautiful as well. I have nothing negative to say! A great vacation! We hope to be back 💖

Resort is great. Food is great. Everything is great, but BE AWARE of female doctor at the resort. She has a business deal with ambulance and hospital and she will take advantage of you as much as she can. Our younger daughter got sick and she did not place her IV correctly, which caused infiltration. She does not allow you to call your insurance and she makes you sign paperwork that you accept everything they say before she can see you. That includes that you will go to hospital if she says so. When we arrived in hospital, our daughter got worse due to incorrectly placed IV. We found out at the hospital that doctor at resort could treat her and she did not have to come there if she placed her IV correctly. When we wanted to leave, we were surrounded by armed guard and could not leave hospital until we do not pay full bill for their service and doctor at the property. I requested to speak with resort doctor, as I believe that she should not charge us for her malpractice and she stated that she does not know what I am talking about and that without her pediatrician would not see her ( this is incorrect ). You can go to any hospital if you have to and you do not need resort doctor to send you. Not to mention that they will not tell you how much is charge. you have to sign that you accept all charges for visit no matter what. I will just say that she charged us 191$ for IV that she misplaced. It is very disappointing to know that doctor does a business of sick people and does not care about your health. Whatever you do, do not go to the resort doctor. She is not professional who deserves the license she has.

OMG i dont have words to express how excellent was my stay! Since arrival my family and I were treated as royals. Since check in I felt special! Thank you to the staff in IL Paradiso that they celebrate our Anniversary, the room service that went above and beyond when we needed something, everyone was spectacular! I will return soon. It's a really nice resort but it is very outdated. The room was falling apart. I reported to the front desk everything that was wrong with my room. They came and fixed somethings but not everything. The walls were so thin you could hear the kids and adults talk in the hallway, next door, and above my room. There were ants crawling in my room and mosquitoes flying around. The couch in my room was falling apart, and I was afraid to sit on that. The buffet was good, but half of their food was raw. Half of the staff was friendly, and the other half of the staff looked not happy to work. I hated that some vendors at the entrance lobby and at the beach couldn't take the word "NO" for an answer, like if they were going to convince me to change my mind.

Nice resort, well kept. Want to give it at least 4 stars but both kids got Hand Foot Mouth, and have passed it to family. Restaurants reservations were hard to book.
