Bahia Principe Explore Legend - All Inclusive

The hotel has beautiful grounds, good food, good service but Terrible quality of rooms I was killing cockroaches every day in our room. And question myself if there are cockroaches in the room, then what's going on in the kitchens? The shower, is broken, the ceiling is failing, and the water was going through from the bath to toilet.

It was an exceptional experience for my family, especially my nieces who loved the colour display of the castle at nights. The staff was friendly and respectful while offering exceptional service to everyone. My housekeeper for the week was very thorough and helpful. No elevator but only 3 floors so it was manageable. Towels could be cleaner, newer, rooms were clean, minibar stayed stacked with juices, water and snacks and were replenished daily. Buffet had a huge variety with 2 persons at each end doing eggs in the morning or preparing fish at nights. Desserts were plentiful too. As for the a la carte restaurants, Le Gournet has the best food! Staff was amazing. Darlin, a supervisor or manager at Garden Circus restaurant is the sweetest; he understands English well and truly cares for his guests. He truly made my family and I feel special. We would return. Overall, 8/10 for this hotel.

I wish I had option to give 0 star. Worst vacation experience ever. We stayed at Bahia principe fantasia resort. 5 members out of 9 fell sick due to bad food quality. Poor pest control, flies were sitting on the food, no hygiene, toilet flush was broken, AC controller was broken, poor room service, staff was rude, no medical service, kids developed stomach issues, high fever. No help was given, pool water was not clean, pool side food was worst quality, restaurants food was cold, stale food. Buffet had limited options, food was not fresh. I will never recommend this place to anyone.

Fun for the whole family! kids had a blast and got to meet some new friends during the kid's club activities. they loved the pools too. the specialty a la carte restaurants are very good

kiddies loved it!! The castle, pools, water park we did it all! the staff was very nice and the kids loved the food. kids had a lot of fun during the kids' club activities as well

Our recent stay at Bahia Principe Fantasia Punta Cana was absolutely phenomenal and completely blew us away! It truly lives up to the name Fantasia. From the moment we arrived, the service and atmosphere were impeccable. The staff demonstrated incredible warmth and attentiveness, always going the extra mile to ensure our family felt welcomed and cared for—a truly five-star level of service.
