Location was nice. All around the hotel/beach the atmosphere was brilliant. Room was very spacious and clean, clean towels daily, mini fridge topped up daily, cleaned daily. The hotel was good value, the food, drinks was all very good, food was very tasty and spoilt for choice. Very clean were ever you went around the complex. Noise levels was low were ever you went. All the services from bar staff, restaurant staff, reception, chefs and waiters was brilliant. All amenities was all good. I would recommend this hotel i spent 14 days here every day was brilliant. Thank you for a lovely holiday everything was spot on.

What an amazing trip!! My husband and I have been to the Adult-only portion of this resort multiple times, and this is the first time going with the kids and booking Fantasia. First off the staff was exceptional. Everyone was so friendly with us and our kids it was so lovely. The bars were great, the food was excellent and the shows and non stop entertainment were unbelievable. It truly made for such an unforgettable family vacation and we cannot WAIT to go back! Ignore all the negative reviews. Yes there are some wear and tear issues on tables and such, but what all-inclusive doesn't? Everything was incredibly clean and perfect. 10/10 stay, and will be be back again for sure! Thank you to all staff and everyone at Grand Bahia! <3

Bar and drinks are not open before 10am, distances for amenities are far away with trains almost always full. Staff will attend first guests that leave a tip, and food and drinks on the beach and the pool are not available before 10am. Guest are discriminated by their nationality.

Food is not fresh, I killed mosquitoes in the room. I also left them dead on the shower doors in eight days they were not cleaned off my wife couldn’t get in her Jacuzzi tub because it was dirty we are privileged club members not what I expected for the first visit as a privilege club member

Stayed from April 10 to April 23, Bahia Principe Fantasia which is called the Legend after Hyatt has purchased them, rooms extremely dated and the furniture is trash material, we've never had so many mosquito bites our entire lives, bug repellent is $25 at their store, I don't think this resort does anything to prevent massive mosquito issues. I literally witnessed a little boy washing his hands in the men's urinal then jumping in the pool, we also witnessed a little boy take a Donut in the lobby by the coffee machine put it in his mouth then drop it on the floor then his father put the Donut back in the Donut tray for others to eat, There wasn't a day that went by without kids breaking dishes at the buffet area and using their hands to touch the variety of the foods at the buffet, food at the buffet is Luke warm at best unless you have them make you something, One of the most frustrating issues we had was people reserving lounge chair at the pool or the beach and never returning all day as we witnessed this throughout our stay, overall friendly staff for the most part except the people who are pressuring you to purchase time shares. We wouldn't go back to this resort even if it was free. never again.

Avoid and find somewhere better. Travelled to this hotel for a two week stay. First room we were in had a issue with Bed bugs in one of the beds. Two kids were sleeping in this bed for 2 nights and were covered in bites. Partner lay on the bed for a few hours and she got covered in bites. SPoke to recetion and got moved to another room. on the 3rd floor. Just be mindful there are no lifts in the accomodation blocks. Second room. No issues with the cleanliness but as others have said the water temperature in the shower is ridiculous. its scaulding hot or off. You cannot get the temperature to drop. The pools are decent. Nice and clean however the tiles round the pool are increidbly slippy, particularly after a rains shower. There is no grip at all. Nearly went over a few times The hotel is in need of a refurb. Multiple broken tiles in the main building and flaking paint everywhere. The biggest issue we found when there and which totally spoiled our hoilday is the staff. On the 2nd to last day some guests had left a bag and some beach toys on one of the stairwells. My autistic daughter picked up a spade walked up a few steps then was told to put it back, which she did. A couple of hours later we then had someone from reception up telling us we had stolen the spade. There is CCTV in all the corridors so all they had to do was check that. Then an hour later we have a manager and two security guards at the room door, pretty scary for 2 young children to see that. Now the bag had been stolen, some childs teddies and beach toys. We were then accused again just because we walked past them on the stairs. This totally ruined our holiday and we did not feel safe in our room. Following this we went to complain to the TUI rep onsite. He then called and spoke to a manager to be told they were no accusing us. Hmmm, thats a lie as why would you need who 6ft plue security guards standing at your door. Then as it turns ut the items had been found. No apology on checkout or no phone call or room visit to apologise. We will not be visiting this hotel again, its in need of serous work and some new staff. Just beacuse it has been remnamed it still is the same
