nice hotel having own private beach , room and restaurants service are great.. really enjoyed the stay... Also got good experience of arabic live music on Friday night... highly recommend to stay with family..

"Extraordinary Stay and Hospitality"

During my stay in the hotel at Marsa Matrouh in August 2022 our family felt very comfortable and welcomed from the whole staff starting from the CEO and the vice to the youngest of the staff . Also I’d Lilke to thank the whole team whom did their best to satisfy us at our stay and having an outstanding effort for welcoming us specially the receptionist team, the house keeping team and the food and beverage team. Not limited to Mr M. Kamal, Mr A. Heikal, Mr M.el saieed, Mr M. Ahmed, Miss Nermin, Miss Marwa and Mr A. Halawa we couldn’t ever thank them and the whole staff for the extraordinary effort and hospitality.

The service is very good. The room is clean and comfortable. The staff members are very friendly and cooperative.

The pool is small. The see isn't neer to the hotel. The beach isn't wide enough.
