What I only like location which is very near to beach

A lot of bad things, starting from staff , food , room , cleaning service and support

Very bad hotel We have did refund because of unclear reservations and informations They didn’t return our money for 2 months till now And they are not reachable We can’t get in touch with them Every time they reply on whatsapp they say we are following up and nothing new

They take extra fees for my children and already paid on booking for them.

Very noisy

The breakfast was good in general . I would suggest to add continental breakfast as butter was not available.

I am satisfied with my staying in the hotel . well done.

The staff was nice and helpful. The food was excellent and the only reason I did not give 1 star. Breakfast buffet was plentiful and the served dinner was great food (so much food). The room was very large.

Outside the hotel are carnivals and outdoor cinemas. Even with the windows closed the noise was very annoying. And it did not stop until after 4 or 5 am. The parking, even though reserved, was minimal. At times at night we thought if we went out, there would be no space when we returned. My only complaint about the staff is about the 'admin' who apparently lost our ID and marriage certificate copies and then thought it was a good idea to have someone call at 130am to ask about our payment (cash or card) which had already been handled at check in by the lovely and very competent reception staff. I think maybe the 'admin' needs more training before having guests harassed at all hours.

Most of the staff members have a friendly attitude, even though rigid and blunt being afraid to break any rules.

Only one elevator !! Which takes only 3 people !! Unimaginable for any hotel big or small. Big time confusion on check in which took like 3 hours !!! .. they do not accept United States dollars paid by Visa card and they still ask you to pay cash in Egyptian pounds !!!! Family room advertised wrongfully as 4 full beds, king bed, while they meant to say 4 full beds OR king bed, but that was lost in translation !! and it creates a huge confusion. Doors work by keys not cards and they have to put bracelets on all guest hands for identification !!! Delivery is not allowed to go up to your room, you have to come down and meet them in reception area / lobby. There is no balconies and this hotel is not a beach front one (there is another one named jewel beach matrouh which is beach front). Food quality is not satisfactory.
