Bali Sunrise Camp & Glamping

The view is stunning right outside the tent and the dishes provided is extremely delicious. Last but not least, the host is very helpful and hospitable!

The facilities of the toilet and the shower room can be upgraded a bit.

Great view, nice weather, clean and warm hospitality. Very thoughtfully placed taps. Uninterrupted electricity and getaway from the hustle and bustle of city life. Good coordination in transportation and activities.

No warm bathing water, but the owner offered us nice, warm tea. Location requires 5 min of climb, of which some parts are steep.

The one night at Bali Sunrise Camp was definitely the highlight of our stay in Bali. We rented a car in Ubud, and had already some experience with driving in Bali, so the road up there to the rim was not so bad as expected. True, it is steep and narrow, but always on asphalt, and if you have automatic transmission and are careful in bends, then it's OK. Parking was here: https://goo.gl/maps/1LLscuN5nXu7Pfe16 and then you need to walk on a trail for another 300 meters along the ridge to the camp. What we liked the most? + the VIEW. In one word: unprecedented. Both at sundown, but mainly at sunrise. + warm shower + very nice staff

- it was quite cold at night. More than we expected! Make sure to pack in some warm blanket or pyjamas. - we experienced a small 4.4-magnitude earthquake at around 1.45 am. We were very alarmed, but because it didn't wake up the locals, we went to sleep again :) - because the owner was away, the offer of provided meals was limited. These points are not meant as criticism, but are stated as mere facts.

rather small beds for 2 people, but it was doable. road here might be a bit tricky for some people but mostly good access.

It was such a nice experience to stay at the camp. So owners are soo friendly and helpfully. They made me nice food for dinner and breakfast. It's a bit of an adventure to get there, but no problem and the will help you.

everything was great! amazing view, good clean room, comfortable mattress, nice hosts, good food and everything you need. would definitely recommend! just be aware that you need to hike a bit to get there
