Amazing view/location and helpful staff! The road to reach it is very steep and narrow for a car. Using a motorbike (standard) is probably best.

The host n staff are super friendly n helpful. The service provided makes the guest feel very welcome.

What a spot! At the top of the mountain has all the elements, clouds washing over, we had a fire, and the food the owner made was yumm, the local village is high vibe and we had some good lauphs, a good spot to recalibrate the psyche! And the view is breathgiving! Feels well integrated with the family, good energy.

They were very responsive in replying our messages and queries before our arrival to arrange all that we needed in advance. We got Jro the owner to pick us up from our previous hotel. It was a wise choice as the place is a little remote and further up the hill so it was good to call for the local. He bought some fresh fish on the way to flame grill for us for dinner. They were the freshest and sweetest fish I have tasted in Bali! The scenery was breathtaking! We could see the lake, the mountains and the sea. The sunrise over the mountains was magnificent despite the early shower.

None. We realised that they could organise the adventure tours for us on the mountain that we wished we had taken while we were there.

The staff were unfriendly when we arrived, and we felt like we were bothering them when we were asking simple questions. The location is very far from any resources, we felt a bit stuck there with nothing to do when it's raining.

Location impossible to reach if you go by car and be very careful if you go by motorcycle, even the locals that didn't live in the mountain where scared of driving there. The staff took advantage of the location and gave us the price they estimated to get off the mountain, even limiting the time of our activities down, we did not feel well treated.
