GBThe location was amazing and the food was excellent. The staff were kind, helpful and responsive. The room was comfortable and air con worked well. When we had an issue with a light switch it was fixed quickly. We had no issues with mosquitoes or insects and a repellant was supplied in each bedroom.
While we didn’t have any significant issues with the boat, it would have been nice to have more transfer times to and from the island at peak periods such as mid afternoon. The TVs could do with an update.

SGAmazing staff and service. Rooms are great and very spacious. Swimming pool & pool bar next to the beach was beautiful. Our kids also loved the bird feeding.
Some of the facilities like the gym etc are a little tired but still good enough. Pool bar renovations during our stay was a little annoying.

The rooms need upgrading such as the quality of the bed frames, TV and air conditioning. Also, there were ants in our bathroom.

Etwas in die Jahre gekommener Ausstattung- allerdings entspricht es ja der Nachhaltigkeit und war vollkommen ok.
MYA true hidden gem completely unspoilt and perfect for anyone looking to escape the noise and crowds. It feels like you’re on a private island, surrounded by rainforest, with birds, monkeys, and lush greenery all around. Then you step out onto your own peaceful, clean, and beautiful beach. It’s the ideal place to switch off and fully recharge, far from the busy, overhyped beaches you often see online. The breakfast and evening meals were excellent, with plenty of choice and something to suit both adults and children.
This isn’t really a criticism, more of an observation. The resort has so much potential when it comes to evening entertainment. For adults, the live singers are excellent, but there could be a wider variety of entertainment options to enhance the evenings even further. Expanding the choices would make the experience even more enjoyable and encourage guests who want to stay up later to remain engaged and make the most of their nights.
