Hello, We had a wonderful holiday at the hotel with my wife and son. First of all, I can honestly say that the staff’s attention and hospitality were truly outstanding. When you mention an issue or request to one staff member, another staff member is already aware of it the next day and immediately responds accordingly. Nothing is left unresolved, and there is clearly strong follow-up and coordination to help guests in the best possible way. Due to our flight schedule, they were very helpful with early check-in and allowed us to enter an available room earlier than expected. I would especially like to thank Mr. Gamel, the night reception manager, for his kindness and support. In addition, the responsible manager Mr. Amr Yousef approached every issue with a very solution-oriented attitude. Our room request and room change were handled very quickly and professionally according to our situation. They also made a very kind gesture by helping us with airport transportation and arranging a vehicle for our taxi request on our departure day. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a high-quality and premium holiday experience. Another great advantage of the hotel is its location. Compared to many beaches in Sharm, the sea becomes deeper gradually, which is very comfortable for families. Also, there is a beautiful reef area with colorful fish within a very short distance, making the sea experience truly amazing. Thank you again for everything.
