Every thing vas extremely perfect, staff were really helpful, rooms are super clean and comfy , food was amazing, you can find everything you want, animation team and Spa team were more than perfect And special thanks to the amazing Sima for her care since our arrival she was very helpful and caring she is one of kind

The hotel was in a prime location in proximity of naama bay. The staff was super friendly, doing everything that is possible to keep the costumers happy.

Замечательный отель с классной локацией. Питание отличное. Пляж очень чистый. Персонал на высоте. Для семейного отдыха с детьми пожалуй лучший отель в Шарме. Менеджер Полина постоянно в контакте с гостями. Мгновенно решает все вопросы! Отдельный респект моему другу Абдуле😁

Abbiamo avuto un’esperienza davvero eccellente. Presenza in struttura di turisti 80% Russi / Ucraini 20 % europei . Il personale, sapendo che viaggiavamo con una bambina di meno di due anni, è stato estremamente premuroso e ci ha assegnato una Camera Deluxe Parte Anteriore Preferita, situata nella posizione più comoda possibile, vicinissima a tutti i servizi: ristorante, piscina e spiaggia. Un’attenzione che abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo. L’appartamento si è presentato fin da subito molto bello, curato e soprattutto spazioso, perfetto per le nostre esigenze familiari. Ciò che però ha reso il soggiorno davvero speciale è stato il personale: sempre sorridente, disponibile e attento in ogni momento. Dalle persone addette alla pulizia della stanza, sempre precise e cordiali, allo chef che ogni mattina preparava con passione delle ottime omelette, fino al bagnino e al personale della spiaggia. Senza dimenticare il personale di sicurezza, che garantiva un accesso tranquillo e sicuro alla struttura. Tutti, senza eccezione, si sono dimostrati simpatici, educati e professionali. Un servizio impeccabile che ha reso la nostra vacanza ancora più piacevole. Consigliamo vivamente questa struttura!

L’unico inconveniente riscontrato ha riguardato il pagamento della struttura. Con la carta American Express si è verificato un problema che inizialmente è stato attribuito alla mia carta. Questo mi ha costretto a contattare il servizio clienti in Italia, dove mi è stato confermato che non risultava alcuna anomalia (carta American Express Gold perfettamente funzionante). Si è trattato quindi di una situazione poco chiara, che avrebbe potuto essere gestita meglio, evitando inutili disagi durante la fase di check-in. Fortunatamente avevo con me anche una carta Visa, che ha permesso di risolvere rapidamente il problema.

It’s a great location nice rooms , amazing lovely staff, Thanks to all the staff start from Omer & moutaaz at the reception, hany with his nice rides , the restaurant amazing helpful staff at the restaurant thanks Mahmoud and Muhammad , we had the best experience at the Italian restaurant thanks for Mr. Jaafar for looking after us very well , and big thanks for the beach staff they are all so nice and helpful we are so grateful

The dessert section at the buffet need to be improved big selection looks nice but they are so dry and tasteless.
