Beyond the excellent location, beautiful maintenance, and unique style of the property, what truly made this stay exceptional was the outstanding level of service. I have stayed in some of Dubai’s top hotels, and the service here surpassed many of them. A special mention goes to our manager, Sima, who made every request a priority and consistently went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable. She regularly checked in on us and paid attention to every detail, which made us feel genuinely valued as guests. The entire team was warm, welcoming, and always smiling. The all-inclusive food was fantastic, offering a great variety of choices throughout our stay. The property also benefits from a lovely sandy beach, which added to the overall experience. The design of the resort is truly unique, creating a memorable atmosphere. The rooms are modern, spacious, exceptionally comfortable, and luxuriously furnished with beautiful interior décor. Overall, this was a wonderful stay, and I would happily return.

Kahvaltı ve yiyecek servisleri yeterliydi. Lezzet olarak bir sorun yaşamadım. Otelde ana bina olmaması tüm odaların dağınık halde bulunması özel bir otel hissiyatı oluşturuyor. Böylece kalabalık içinde tatil yapıyorum gibi hissetmedim. Sahil çok güzel ve kum plaj. Derinden girmek isteyenler için duba iskele mevcut. Dalmak istemeyenlerin balıkları izleyeceği bir resif hemen plajın ilerisinde bulunmaktadır.

Yemek sunumları geliştirilmelidir. İçecek servislerindeki bardaklar, içilen içki ile uyumsuz. Örneğin bir şarap içmek istediğinizde su bardağı ile veriliyor. Yemek ve içecek tabak ve bardaklar çok temiz bir hissiyat oluşturmuyor ama aşırı kirli de değil. Bazı tabak ve bardaklarda lekeler görünüyor.
