Everything was perfect in the accommodation specially sima in guest relation and ahmed in reception was very helpful in everything, and all the staff was very helpful and friendly

Struttura assolutamente consigliata in tutto e per tutto - posizione eccellente - spiaggia balneabile e curatissima - staff eccezionale - cibo ottimo e variegato eravamo situati nell' area sportiva con villette tutte nuove e spaziosissime..appena esci dal ristorante ti trovi nel centro di naama bay

Sima and Katerina in reception were extremely helpful, friendly and efficient. Everyone else in reception was great too. Hany the chef was superb. What an excellent chef and super friendly too. I am so sorry I can't remember the name of the waiter in the restaurant who bought my friend coffee and teased me very nicely about the fact I only drink water. They all helped make my stay very memorable. Also, the drivers of the transport Buffy's were friendly. The decor of both sides of the resort was great. I particularly liked the pool on the other side of the road and how close the main side (restaurant end) was to the beach. The beach side entertainment was fun. We didn't take part but it was nice to hear and see. Thanks for a wonderful few days.

The extractor fan in the bathroom didn't work well so it was super hot after a shower but the rooms were splendid otherwise. One of the beach attendants was a bit aggressive on the final day and snatched the towels from my friend to insist on finding us a spot. She put him in his place but it wasn't very nice. The other beach side staff were excellent and considerate though.

The Deluxe Room, located in the preferred front area, was excellent, offering outstanding amenities and a convenient location close to the resort's main facilities, including the restaurant, swimming pool, and beach. The sandy beach was beautiful, and the water sports and activities center provided a great range of enjoyable experiences. The resort enjoys a prime location in the city center, within easy reach of Naama Bay and its vibrant shopping area.

While the restaurant staff were attentive, the restaurant facilities could benefit from renovation, and there is room for improvement in the quality and variety of the food offered.
