Views, room, staff was excellent to resolve problems

Bed was uncomfortable, lots and lots of stairs, breakfast was very far from room and on the top floor of the hotel. Room smelled of urine but was sorted

Beautiful resort with a fabulous pool and gorgeous view. Quiet accommodations, variety of fresh food at the breakfast buffet.

We had to change room as there was a strong mold smell in our first room. Second room was fine. Not walking distance or close to any shops or restaurants. 10 minute drive to Chaweng Beach.

Complimentary breakfast was fine and I liked how staff would make omelets for you

Gym could do with an upgrade. There wasn't any surface spray in the gym to wipe stuff down. A lot of stairs and it was pretty confusing to find your room. Other than that I had a great time there.
