Guests that used third party credit cards must present a scanned copy of the card and an authorization letter with the a copy of the card holder's passport. Loads of pools and entertainment, kids pools, and the rooms and reception areas especially are really nice . Food was good overall, although I would have preferred to have it more clearly separate in different cuisines. We had some issues with the shower head and toilet sink that we reported and Wer both fixed within a few hours! Loved that! Hotel grounds were really nice too.

The main issue was that not many people spoke English. About 85% of the guests were from Russia or other russian speaking countries, and most of the staff barely spoke any English. That was very strange. Most of the guests would cut in line and weren't very polite. Forget about personal space while you're getting food in the restaurant. The variety of food wasn't great, and communication about the specials wasn't there. It was a surprise every day. Also the quality of food wasn't consistent between the two main restaurants. The starlight one was much better. The a la carte restaurants are not open every day and are a real pain to book. We went to book on Thursday and they only had one restaurant with availability for Saturday. So definitely try to book on the first day! The drink selection was poor and they don't have a menu in some bars. Most pool bars wouldn't do a nice cocktail, only basic mixes . The tennis courts are a bit expensive to hire. €15 for the court and €15 for the racket and balls.

I liked all the facilities, for a family with small children pools, arcades, water slides things for children to do brilliant, snacks bars available all day

The starlight restaurant was a disaster. The staff are running around like crazy I don't blame them. There clearly isn't enough as everytime we went to the restaurant we had to wait for a table to be cleared or set up as there was plates still there or not maid up tables. Also there is table services for drinks but you will have to wait a while as again not enough staff, at times I went to the bar myself which isn't a problem but they tell you to go to your table as it's table service but you continue to wait. My family went with my wife's parents and I'd requested months in advance and also a week before and also days before if we can have our rooms next to each other and kept getting a copy reply and they said they had put my request on my profile. This wasn't the case when we checked in they knew nothing of my request and also put our room apart as they said they couldn't accommodate but then after discussion they did then accommodate. The organisation was awful not particularly trying to adhere to customers request. This was disappointing . Also the evening entertainment for children is mainly Russian language based not English so for British people maybe choose a different hotel

"Amazing"

There is the second time when we visit this place We liked everything there. Food was amazing, lots of options, very tasty. Staff very polite and friendly, they make you feel very welcome. Always there to help you! I must say that I was actually very impressed in particular by the cleaner that looked after our room while we were there, every day she made our beds in a different way, she was very friendly with us. My 3 years old son was very impressed of her kindness. She even arranged my son’s bunny nicely and he was very happy with her gesture. Swimming pools water very clean, area around it nicely organised and clean. Bars with fresh drinks in many places over the resort. The environment is very pleasant.

I had an issue with the spa&thalasso staff. I had an 80 minutes massage. The lady that did the massage was amazing, very knowledgeable and friendly. When I went to pay for the massage next day, I was told by the receptionist at the hotel that the 10€ voucher was not reduced from my bill and I have to speak to the Spa’s receptionist to add it. When I went to speak to them, there was a gentleman at the reception that spoken with, he spoken to me in a very unprofessional manner, there is no way you treat you customers the way he treated to me, he was trying to explain to me that they already did a 20€ discount when they offered me the massage( he wanted to sound that he made me a huge favour already ) and I should not expect to have the 10€ discount as well received as a voucher from the resort. I was trying to explain to him that nobody said such a thing and also when I was told of the 20€ discount, the receptionist was not aware yet that I was going to give her a voucher as well, and when I gave her the voucher she did not say anything that she was not going to accept it. This was not about 10€, this is about being fair and correct with your customers. I was planning to have more massage while staying there, but after that episode I didn’t even wanted to go back there.
