Rooms are spacious, air conditioning works great

I don’t even know how to start, Wi-fi should be added as facilities as most of the time is not working, food is very very bad, most of the stuff from the buffet are absolutely disgusting, staff are very rude and none of them are speaking English, when they clean the rooms they always forget something, towel, to change the bad sheets, feels like nobody cares, there is no hospitality at all. They give you a map when you check in but none of the bars have actually names outside so you don’t know where you supposed to go based on that map, surfaces at the pool very very slippery, overall definitely not a 5 star resort I would probably give them max 3 stars. Something needs to be done about those bellboys they are driving like lunatics around the resort!

We wanted to use a meeting room or a working room for a fee. Everyone threw up their hands and didn't even try to help. Local Internet - 5 Mbps. This is some kind of horror. All over the world, hotels have long had at least 20-30 Mbps. If you are working and want to call someone, forget it. Hardly loads chats into telegrams. Taxi Local taxis and drivers are also a separate darkness and divorce. Just the worst taxi I've ever seen. Inadequately expensive for a really broken car, unsafe driving, annoying conversations. Then you will be persistently demanding tips. And this is a taxi with which the 5-star hotel cooperates. Beach The only good thing. But the Mediterranean Sea is not the merit of the hotel, they are just lucky that historically they have access to the sea. It was nice to swim, soft pleasant water. You can swim after sunset. But! Towels are not issued after 18:00. Not a hotel, but some kind of boarding house for those who like to go to bed at seven in the evening. All inclusive lies This is already a controversial claim, all the conditions have been specified. But in general, what do you think is "all inclusive"? That you will pay at the entrance, then you will not have to carry a card with you because you want to play tennis or eat. Literally everything requires an additional payment. On the balcony in the dining room, the best places are fenced, you can get there for an additional fee. The main photo contains an abundance of tennis courts. All of them are for a surcharge, even if you take everything included. Seriously?

Rooms In general, we didn't have any special requests for the number, I didn't even think that here, too, a wonderful story would turn out, revealing the attitude. The air conditioner was dripping in our room. A puddle ran under him for an hour, through which it was necessary to step over. And most importantly — it was heard how loudly it drips every 5 seconds. We say during the day that our air conditioner is dripping. We came to the room in the evening, after the first conversation that we wanted to leave — nothing has changed, a huge puddle on the floor in an hour. 21:00 we call the reception, we say that our air conditioning is broken. Some employee came, turned it off, turned it on, says 10 minutes and that's it. 21:30 nothing changes, we call again. Three workers came with a vacuum cleaner, blew noisily. They say 10-15 minutes, well, half an hour and everything is OK. 22:30 zero changes, a puddle on the floor. We call, they come again with a vacuum cleaner, they blow again, they talk about 10 minutes again. This is repeated three more times before 00:30. It's also impossible to get through, they just transfer calls in a circle. * By this time we had been in the hotel for 12 hours, I had a feeling that I was in a mental hospital. We are already openly saying can you all just change our number. "yes, of course, you can move your things." We answer: "We expected that a person would come and help with things" The saddest man in the world comes and stands in the aisle. After all, we give him some of our things. We were on the road all day, and instead of resting, we get this fuss and go to bed late. Thank you, enjoy your stay at our hotel. As a result, after two days of disputes and a lot of phrases "we can't make a refund", the money was returned to us. They came to the credit card 10 days later.

Great location, the facilities that were open were great. Starlight is busy measuring the experience and asking if everything is ok. The pools are great, also for the kids. Drinks are perfect, beach is great.

Very hard beds, because of the season a lot of facilities were closed. Sometimes the food was low on temperature.

Decent hotel, when there are no corporate events and people are allowed to sleep and actually use the facilities.

The hotel organised several corporate events during our stay, one of which was some sort of a football cup. Relaxed vacation atmosphere disappeared instantly. The footballers were yelling, singing and making noise during the night, I had to call the security at 3 am to shut them up, a poor bartender had to call the security on them for littering. Even the hotel itself endulged them, by blasting the music at the stadium until almost midnight and centering all evening events around them. The facilities were crowded and unaccessible, huge lines in the restaurants and the bars! This is a total disrespect for the normal clients, the hotel didn't communicate any of this neither during the reservation nor during the stay. They didn't even make an effort to house them separately and reserve some facilities just for them, so that others could have a vacation, instead everyone had to unwillingly participate in their event. Vacation ruined.

The nature, like in a forest if you choose small houses and not main building. Big choice of meals but not delicious. Very good option for those who is looking for comfortable stay close to nature and without rush about cooking. Warm sea, fresh fruits and fresh air.

Wish a better cleaning.
