"The worst cleaning in my life."

- Good infrastructure - Very large area - There are pharmacies and shops near the hotel - Very clean beach - Choice of breakfast/lunch/dinner location: at Starlight Resort Hotel or Surnise Hotel - Lots of good swimming pools - Plenty of drinks in the minibar and many bars on site - Late checkout for extra charge - Nice gym - Varied party programme in the evenings - Delicious food

The worst cleaning in my life. Towels can be not changed for 2-3 days. The second floor carpet in the room never was cleaned during 2 weeks. Bed linen was not changed at all. Garbage can be not thrown out for 2-3 days. Still dirty floors after cleaning (looks like extremely lazy cleaning staff). A lot of dirty plates and glasses in the corridor were not taken until we asked. No our request == no clean corridor. And it's even not our plates! (Our neighbors put it there). It turns out that ala carte restaurants that are marked "Free of Charge" can only be visited free of charge once per stay and require a reservation (no one informed us of this). Not working air conditioner was fixed only after 4 reminders and only in the evening. At meal times it is very hard to find a free and clean table. The tables are cleaned badly. Clean dishes are put on a dirty tablecloth. No one cleans the tablecloth from crumbs and stains. Not very good internet At late checkout they forgot to extend the expiry time of key cards to the room. However, they did not forgot to take the payment :) Nice note in the guest cart: "Air condition working hours depend on weather conditions" -- maybe it means "Too hot weather == no air conditioning"

Everything at hand. Different swimming pools. Different things to do during day and for sure evening. Location at the sea. Nice waterpark for the youngsters.

Main restaurant very busy. Likely found a calmer one in the last 3 days. Kitchen was nice but is very similar every day. Kids club during day poorly organised
