"Not coming back and do not recommend"

Large territory, many swimming pools

No internet , staff doesn’t say” hello”, doesn’t speak English, just dumb. Wet everywhere, almost fell many times , no AC most of the time. Almost no entertainment, aqua park is sooo bad, food is mediocre most of the time.

Location was great even though the beach wasn’t. Good and variety of food,staff was friendly and helpful

Free Internet was slow and kept cutting off. You have to pay for faster internet. However this wasn’t clear on booking.com ad. They stated internet is included bit haven’t mentioned its speed is from early 2000s. It’s a shame to not provide good internet given there is such investment, facilities and stuff

"Great holiday"

Food, entertainment, hotel, beach - the hotel is everything you would want on a holiday away

We were in a rush for a taxi, the person at the front desk couldn't speak English, as a result incorrect information was given to our taxi driver wich lead our 20 min trip to take 4 hours.

large, a lot to see, enough sunbed, cool animator Uhmud :) He helped us when we had problems and we had a good time, trip to side

the beds are uncomfortable, some things didnt work (e.g safe, sink, telephone), the food was always the same (breakfast, snack/lunch and dinner)

The hotel is large and the territory is beautiful. There are many pools, even for 18+ , the territory of the sea is clean, the sea as well. The food is various and tasty

The cleanliness. There were ants and sand in the room when we arrived and didn't clean untill we asked. Asked for the additional towel for my child, they bring it but took for the next day and didn't changed

Food are good freshly made pools are clean many activities everyday something going on

We was stay not on main building wifi connection really bad and cleaners always missing towels or blankets
