Starlight Resort Hotel

1.I like lot of green plants and enviroment. 2.I love to have non-stop access to potable water bottles 3.Shower on the beach 4.fresh fruits ( melon ) all day 5.Towells always avalaible

1. Staff at the reception almost without knowledge of English. No background information. You have a map and towel cards and that's it. The hotel is like a labyrinth. You need to find out where the restaurants are and what daily options we have in this huge area. 2. Staff - waiters everywhere (restaurant, bar) without experience, chaotic, disorganized, without coordination during breakfast, dinner, mess, without basic skills in gastronomy (children working as staff with no experience in hotel resorts and no attitude or effort to serve with in some basic ways.We asked for tea and the lady at the bar told us to go to the outside bar as she couldn't give us tea in the inside bar. 3. A huge complex that required reconstruction. 4. Many rooms are not used 5. Old equipment (e.g. -2 table tennis tables, completely destroyed). Old school gaming room, no innovation 6. In general, the food was acceptable, but mainly the same selection every day. Sometimes leftovers from breakfast were served during lunch, dinner and the same thing every day 7. Electricity often went out during the day. (you may unexpectedly get stuck in an elevator) 8. Beach shore - ONLY stones (access to the sea was very painful for me) beach seats and umbrellas are old and need to be renewed. 9. The hotel needs more life, to be more structured, to restore the old-fashioned style. To be more multinational 10. Offers several trips to the nearest cities 11. We definitely do not recommend Russian/Romanian families with children (mainly) for couples who want peace. 12. The location of the hotel is in the middle of nowhere - but you can go outside the resort for a short walk to some bazaars or take public transport to Manavgat or Side.

The staff have been really helpful and caring. They were always very respectful and kind. The resort is big and you have a lot of things to do. I really enjoyed the shows in the night and my little one loved the mini disco

I wished the mini disco to start 1h earlier as it can be quite late for smaller children. I did not like the fact that I could not take my daughter (2.8years) to the KidsClub. I think the kids under 4 should be also allowed inside accompanied by the parents.

The resort is just fantastic. It's like a botanical garden with lots of pools, bars, and places to hang out. The staff is very friendly and they were always ready to help. We enjoyed everything during our stay, and we are considering coming back here next year. The food was great, with lots of options for everyone.

My wife said that the coffee machines could be better

everything was perfect , from the front desk to all the employees , very big and comfortable green space many swimming pools , very nice water park every day there was a concert and they bring the best singers and best dancers , we watched a show in the theater called harem sultan it was a masterpiece , I give this resort 10 stars

if I give 10 stats for every thing in this resort I will give 0 stars to the wifi , most of the time it disconnects and very slow ,

unlimited snacks and amazing snacks! loved it. Property is huge so lot to see and do.

outdoor pools were so cold we couldn’t really use it much 😒
