The staff were great, extremely helpful. I had read that the food was variable but to be honest I thought the food was great, very fresh and a wide variety of options Spectacular views of the ocean.

I think the quality of the bed pillows could be improved and the satellite TV could have a wider variety of channels, in particular Sports channels.

1) Cleaners need to clean! Stains on bedding turned me off right away. 2) upgrades to washroom required. To start off a proper shower head is a must. We did not use the bathtub because it was not clean. We can see how this resort was beautiful when it first opened, but it needs upgrades to room and the small details for it to be a 4-5 star. Right now, it’s a 3 star!
