Rooms excellent pool great staff friendly

Food not 5 star and a lot of steps to get anywhere

Everything else… I’m super shocked that this is a 5 star rated hotel. It is 3 stars at best. Really dated, and service was not great.

The views were good and so was the jacuzzi bath we were surprised with. The pool area was lovely. Maria from reception was incredibly helpful.

Let's start with the gym - the hours could be extended. Opening a fitness facility at 9:00 is just not feasible. They do open up earlier, but you have limited lighting. Our room wasn't refreshed on one day, but cleaned. The second day wasn't cleaned, but refreshed. We made sure to have room cleaned by phoning the third day. The food wasn't great. For a five star, it was well below average. There's a big variety, but not well prepared. They also don't keep chefs there to replenish, instead opting to have eggs, for example, stand until it gets rubbery. The golf carts are limited and not operational before 8:00. Considering the steepness of the property, this was a little frustrating. The complementary shuttle between Skala and the hotel doesn't run on Sundays.

המלון בנוי בצורה מאוד מאתגרת. צריך לטפס ממש בעליות קשות עד לחדר אוכל, במיוחד מאזור הוילות. השירות על הפנים ממש ממש, אף אחד לא הציע לנו טרמפ לארוחת הבוקר וגם בקבלה נציגות חמוצות. בחדר האוכל שירות דל וגם האוכל דל. מיטת התינוק שקיבלנו באיכות הכי רדודה שיש בשוק, וזה אחרי שהחלפנו את השבורה שנתנו לנו מלכתחילה. החוף של המלון הוא גם ממש לא נגיש צריך לרדת ולטפס אליו, ואין לו רצועת חוף של ממש. פחות מתאים עם תינוק

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, both in the restaurant and in reception. Panos in the pool bar was super cool to talk with. We got upgraded to a suite which we really appreciated. The shuttle bus was really good too.

The A La Carte could have varied a bit rather than just having fish or meat. I think 4 choices per week would be better.
