A spacious cosy feel caravan with all the essentials for our stay. The location is fantastic and just a short walk to the beach. Lots todo!

Caravan very dated. Rusty radiators and wardrobes full of stuff and rusty Outdoor table and chairs unusable Tape holding kitchen cupboards together Good job only 2 of us other beds not suitable for adults

We had booked this caravan for my dad's 70th birthday and I am deeply disappointed with the state of the caravan. The caravan was found to have dog hair all over the sofas and on the floor and even in the kettles. The utensils that were in the kitchen were minimal, dirty, rusty and looked as if they had not been washed or cleaned. The lounge smelled of dog and was unclean. The x box and other toys were also dirty and either not working or placed randomly in different places. HDMI cable on Xbox was broken The hoover was full, the wire was not retractable and not working The chairs for the dining table were unsteady and felt uncomfortable to sit on (cushions were deep on the chair) We were only provided with a little toilet roll The microwave in the kitchen and the fan in the bathroom worked intermittently The outside furniture is broken and unusable It was clear that the caravan had not been looked after nor had it been cleaned prior to our arrival.

The property was equipped with everything we needed for the trip. It was warm, cosy and comfortable. It was a short walk to the entertainment centre

Some of the food was a little expensive in the bar.

Great van very comfortable and pet friendly, ideal location rite near beach van is situated rite near reception and all facilities would definitely return
