Great location on the park, near to the facilities Clean and welcoming caravan - everything in the caravan we needed, including a hoover, which is a god send either with kids or a dog - hand wash, loo roll on arrival, washing up sponge, tea towel and oven gloves 👍🏼

The caravan location is very good, it is pitched next to the site entrance and a short walk to reception. Cayton beach is a short walk albeit down a steep ramp/steps....no mobility scooter or rollator access Filey and Scarborough are a short drive If you are a family on a budget looking for a good location then this is a good shout. If you are an older couple used to being comfortable then probably not.

The beds and the seating are so uncomfortable I couldn't handle the lumps in the double bed so I tried one of the 4x tiny tiny 1/2 single beds but this wasn't much better. There was no blind at the toilet window so I had to relocate the one one from the shower when not using it. It was Jan 13th and the Christmas tree & decorations were still up. You need to take your own towels. If you visit in winter be aware the main water pipe isn't insulated and will freeze leaving you with no water (we left a day early, flushing the loo with bottled water becomes expensive) Oven was broken so the door wouldn't shut so we used the local Chinese take-out Benny`s which was good

Carvan was good. Just across the road from my sister's .As my mum lives there now with sister. Could not stay at sister's no room

Only that the Steps in to the Carvan. Very dangerous could Done with slip mats on as very Slippery when WET. Had 2 total hip replacements Mary. very Slippery for me.

location and caravan was great would stay again
