We really enjoyed the layout of the property and how well designed it was. It felt like a home from home!

There was a small area of foam build up on arrival in the hot tub. However we were able to wipe this down and turn the bubbles on and it dissipated.

Gorgeous location, very well maintained park, peaceful, quiet and friendly, fantastic play area and loved the lake and walking up to the pub on the neighbouring site. Great location to explore the most gorgeous attractions nearby. Highly recommend Long-Newtown, Amble, Seaton Sluice, Cresswell for rockpooling, Morwick dairy for icecream. The property was nicely decorated. The hot tub was fantastic and really made our stay. It definitely felt like a home from home. Information pack was detailed and gave us lots of inspiration for things to do in the area. We really loved our stay and we felt very relaxed and welcome.

We struggled with places to unpack our clothes as many of the cupboards and wardrobes had items in them e.g blankets, hoover etc. Whiist we understand these items have to be stored somewhere it was inconvenient for our stay and we didn’t bother to unpack our bags which then made the bedrooms feel cluttered. Small detail but impacts on your stay when you want all clutter out of site so you can relax! Phone signal was rubbish which is not a surprise in the countryside location. But the WiFi was equally bad and at times we were unable to access the internet at all, we were glad of it at times but sometimes frustrating when you wanted to book activities or check tide times etc.

what a lovely stay we have had. thank you for all the little finishing touches. we very much enjoyed coming and hope to come back soon.

the WiFi wasn’t very good, but on the same hand, was actually nice to be cut off from people while we were away! was a healthy detox

really lovely spot. the site itself was so quiet and relaxing. hot tub was lovely and ready to go when we arrived. the beds we’re comfortable and extra pillows were provided. great value for money

The property was very clean , welcoming and relaxing . spacious and light and airy very lovely decor well equipped and tranquil surroundings . hot tub and outdoor seating area was fantastic .

spacious living area, full fridge freezer & overall home feeling with great deco and comfortable.

hot tub area could of done with a little more space, taking the cover off and putting back on.
