What can I say it looked nice and clean, hot tub was lush. But we did not enjoy our stay.

We didn't like that your facilities says list of things that should be in the lodge were not: no toaster, no hairdryer, no bath towels just two hand towels, we did send a message direct to Hermanas retreat on 13feb at 18.55 no reply back. You could do with a frying pan to cook eggs, only part of the grill was working. We had no heating or hot water the boiler had error codeE37,we did send a message direct again 14feb at 21.08 to report the error asking for someone to contact us guess what no reply. We did get the boiler reset at about 11pm. Thursday morning we went for the day, we come back we went in the hot tub, when we got out guess what error code E37, no hot water boiler would not reset. we packed all our stuff and went home. your toilet in the bathroom needs looking at, the toilet keeps filling up for no reason.

I loved the hot tub and the location of the lodge with the pub around it and also the running fox being 5 minutes from the area. The beds were super comfy and the living area was cosy.

We didn’t have any towels provided for our stay and minimal toilet roll also which wasn’t ideal.

Really nicely furnished property, hot tub was ready on arrival, great location. We had a 1 year old and 3 year old and property was safe and secure for them.

The lodge is spacious and mostly clean. The veranda is great for kids because it's enclosed. Kitchen had everything you'd need in it. Beds were comfortable. Shower was good as often find they are rubbish in these types of accommodation. Hottub was lovely. Great touch leaving us prosecco and biscuits, much appreciated.

The area around the hottub needs cleaning better, there was left old prosecco metal caps. Buckets and spades lying around rather than tidy and in a place. Lots of spiders inside but it's probably just the time of year.
