Very nice place and clean, staff members were very kind with us and very friendly.

Staff were very friendly and helpful, organising free transport from the boat dropping us off to the hotel despite a mix up in booking dates. They also helped forward a package we were receiving from a previous stay to the UK free of charge. The walking street is very close to the hotel. The fan worked quite well to keep us cool.

Our stay was during the low season, so this may be why our experience was so different to others. There was essentially no beachfront to this resort, as at high tide the water was essentially at the hotel entrance, which was very different to the pictures advertised by the property. Our room was not particularly clean, with large cobwebs on the ceiling as well as ants and grout in the bathroom. The chairs outside also looked quite dirty. Compared to similarly priced options like Castaway or Lipe Garden Beach Resort, which have much nicer beachfronts we ended up spending much more time in, this place is not worth it as there are much better alternatives.

Fantastic location, friendly staff. Upstairs room with the balcony is the best, wake up and see the sea.

I loved my stay at Lipe Garden Beach Resort. I actually ended up extending my trip. I did, however, upgrade from a room with a fan to a room with air conditioning after two nights and found it much more comfortable, but I think that's personal preference as much as anything else. The staff were lovely, communicative and helpful. They will organise your transfer and boat ride to the island for you. The resort benefits from being right on the beach, very close to Walking Street and also right next to the ferry dock. Once I'd explored the rest of the island I concluded that this was the best possible location for my needs. Would 100% stay here again, but once again opting for the air conditioned room, which benefits from a mini fridge and hot water (not that you'll need hot water). The bed was very comfortable, the hammocks outside were a nice touch, and you can hear the sea at night even a little way back, which is very soothing. There are massage facilities on the premises too.

Nothing to dislike, I just upgraded my room to one with air conditioning because the fan wasn't enough for me, but like I say that's personal preference.

everything about this place is awesome! great location on a beautiful beach, close to pier and walking street, friendly staff, comfortable rooms, great aircon, good wifi, free water.
