I love Lipe! This place was so great - beach front, swing and beach chairs in front of swimming area. Great restaurant next door with good prices. Short walk to Walking Street. Friendly helpful staff. Incredible massage onsite

Perfect location, just on the beach

The only minor issue can be noisy because of the location near the ferry arrivals but no complaints. Once you watch your first sunrise all that disappears.

The staff were nice but other than that it’s low value for money.

The room and sheets were not so clean. The towels felt old. during the night there were small cockroaches and millipedes walking around in the shower/ toilet room. If you are looking for a quiet and relaxed place then this is not the beach to go to. It is just in front of the pier and you can barely see the water from all the boats, very noisy. I would expect more for this price range. There is nothing there but the rooms.

Awesome place, right on the beach. Family room has kettle, shampoo and even tooth kit in the room. Very friendly staff, helped with luggage

Great place to stay in Koh Lipe with friendly staff. The room was also nice with a relaxing porch. Also the massages were excellent! Good breakfast to start the day.

Bathroom could have been a bit cleaner. Also our cottage was all the way in the back in a messy, less well-kept area. The rest of the cottages looked great so the closer you are to the beach the more value for money you get. We did appreciate the staff trying to relocate us but unfortunately it was fully booked.
