Lipe Garden Beach Resort

We only stayed one night, the lad that met us from the boat was lovely and took our bags to our room. The room was a good size for a few days but wouldn't want to stay there for longer. The balcony was fab with a hammock out front. The bathroom was a bit of an experience with the shower and loo being together and the sink being in the main living area. The location is good, not far from walking street but this also meant you could hear the music until late. The bar only served beer or soft drinks. We didn't get a chance to try breakfast as they didn't serve it until 8.30 am, and our boat left at 9 am, so there was no time. I did mention it on arrival, and there was no offer of an alternative. There were other people who also missed breakfast because of the timing. I would stay here again.

It is located right on the beach with all the facilities nearby, The staff was friendly and helpful. Cottages are basic but sufficient for short stay

We experienced extremely loud music from the nearby Monkey Bar, which continued late into the night. This was followed by patrons passing by the house in the early morning hours, creating additional noise. Unfortunately, this disturbance meant we didn’t get proper sleep for three nights.

Very old and bad facilities… bed sheet even with stains.disappointed with the cleanliness. Not worth the money.

We absolutely LOVED our stay in Lipe Garden Beach resort. I felt like I had turned back in time and was in Thailand 20 years ago. We had a bungalow across from the massage room and my two young children absolutely loved playing everyday on the swing and at the beach. The staff were so lovely and kind. The room although basic suited our needs and the location is wonderful.

Bathroom drain was always blocked causing water to back up on the floor.

Some rooms doesn't have A/C (it is clearly detailed in the room but we didn't read lol) and it's really hot during the day. Water pressure on the shower were really bad

Repeat visit, staff exceptionally helpful as before eg arranged transfers to and from the property. A/c bungalow this time with advantage of fan, TV, fridge and kettle. Similar size to fan-only bungalows on opposite side of garden. Daily cleaning offered. Gardens developing beautifully with care, lovely environment. Excellent location by beach with swimming/snorkelling area. Convenient for walking street but sheltered from noise of beachfront and street.

Hot and stuffy unless we used the A/c. Preferred the fan-only bungalow that we had last year, which was also much cheaper.
