Nice location with Beach chairs

I had booked a room with a balcony and sea view. There was no seaview at all and no balcony. Too expensive

Staff very helpful and friendly Nice position on the beach 2 minutes walking from the main walking street of Koh Lipe

Room is very small, I think is ok for 2 people. From the pictures look definitely bigger. Room was not so clean.

Right on beach, 2 minutes walk to shops/restaurants. All staff really friendly and helpful. Room basic and clean. A/C and fridge works well. Massage facility was excellent. Met from boat and luggage taken to accommodation despite boat being over an hour late.

Breakfast options limited but plenty of restaurants close by.

Sensational location, particularly if you book the beach front rooms. Staff were welcoming.

Breakfast was pretty average with very little variety, and the staff couldn't really help with any recommendations when asked e.g. diving, snorkeling etc. Price was also very high for a basic room, and we had to ask for the room to be cleaned each day.
