Excellent location

No Wifi, size of room,tiny cupboard not enough space for clothes, no Netflix ,nowhere to hang clothes in bathroom,no dishwashing liquid provided,no broom to sweep out dust,uncomfortable chairs one has to sit on a bed to watch TV,the patio was a disaster, if it rains which it did for 2 days one cannot sit outside and enjoy the view as it rains through and all the garden furniture gets wet beyond use.i had booked a room with a coffee machine,reception had no clue,on Friday morning no hot water i had to use another unit to shower,on arrival reception offered a new room which I accepted but they were not ready to accommodate my frozen foods had to wait for fridges to come on in 2 units to store my meat,only to realise the next day they have freezers at reception to help,wifi was a nightmare passwords hardly worked

One sweet lady at the dining hall commucates well, telling me about the places of interest

One night there was a loud music across early at 4 o'clock in the morning

My stay at The Spotted Grunter Resort was very pleasant. I particularly enjoyed the beautiful mountain views and the tranquil river setting. The restaurant menu was a definite highlight, offering a nice variety of options, and the food itself was consistently good. The rooms were comfy and well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. I had booked self-catering and unfortunately had to depart early for my flight, missing breakfast, but overall, it was a very positive experience.

Nothing of note. While there were noisy party-goers from a resort across the river, this is entirely out of The Spotted Grunter's control and did not detract from our enjoyment of their facilities.
