"Disappointing Stay"

- check inn process slow - dinner times not adhered to. Kids had to wait hungry for food for more than an hour. - breakfast times also not adhered to. - staff attitude pathetic - room not cleaned (no room service) - shower tiles loose, bathroom not well maintained. - for the high price paid. Expectations were definitely not met.
