Club Palolem Resort

Sid and his friendly staff are friendly and will try to accommodate all your requests. Bed was comfy and the new pool is a big bonus. We have stayed here many times, as has my daughter and her family, and have always had a great stay experience.

Breakfast ok good

There was no electric kettle and mugs and tea/ coffee sachets . The soap stand near the shower was also missing. We had to go to the toilet flush to keep the soap.

The location is awesome. The breakfast was decent. The staff were very good and tried their best to help with the available options at their disposal. Very close to Palolem beach and some very decent beach restaurants.

Was put off by the size of the room. I was shown a 100m2 room when I booked it on booking.com but the room offered was a smaller one. IT also did not have a coffee maker or hair dryer as shown in the booking page. Big disappointment. The linen was clean but it had been used so many times it was faded and looked dirty. The room interiors was very basic and overall the stay was not great.

Bathroom can be bit more maintained.

The staff is very good and helpful you get more than what you pay, so nothing negative , very comfortable place
