Club Palolem Resort

The staff were very friendly , helpful and cooperative. Breakfast was pretty decent and served hot. Location of the resort is fantastic with very easy access to the beach. The stay was comfortable and peaceful. Recommended.

The amenities in the room could have been better for example there was no chairs inside the room. No place to keep the luggage. No glasses were provided and electric kettle was provided only when asked for. The bathroom was big , clean and spacious but not done up properly. The AC was hardly functional.

Breakfast was average with very less option.

The rent is very high for the property.

Location was good nice big bed ,big room ,staff were amazing staff couldn't do enough for us ,breakfast was included pretty basic but was OK garden wasnice very quiet area would go again but would use huts

The bathroom was in need of serious upgrade, wrong toilet seat wrong colour didn't fit wrong shape ,shower head was spurting water out every wear but not as should have done ,broken floor tiles broken and none matching wall tiles sisten box on toilet leaked and fithy ,pity ,wooden huts are realy nice .wardrobe very old lined with news paper could use stunk of mothballs

the cottage was cozy. they added a third bed at no extra cost. very hospitable

no hot water unfortunately from the shower. however they provided us with buckets of hot water that solved the problem.

We had electricity issue and frog got into the bathroom.

Stayed at Club Palolem Resort in November 2024. I had a great time there, and Syd and his staff looked after me very well. I appreciated the free water each day and the way i could easily exchange my foreign currency at their reception. Also i even got my sim card bought and installed at the accommodation. Loved the hammock outside my bungalow. Will certainly reccommend to anyone else who is thinking of staying there.

Bathroom could do with a makeover. Was ok, but needs to be modernised. TV was pretty old as well, although was usable

The resort is one of the best properties in Palolem. It is only a minute away from the beach. Talking of the resort - everything was amazing. From the hospitality to the customer service everything was absolutely top notch. Also special mention to the staff, they were the nicest people out there and would go out of their way to make your stay convenient.
