"Lovely Christams Break"

It was all decorated for Christmas, lovely and clean and super comfy

Only moan was there was no grill pan big enough for the oven. This means nothing really.

Our stay was so lovely and quiet, but only minutes away from the beach, so clean , bed was perfect, it had everything you needed , thanks to Gale and husband , looking forward to next time

The location was geat, just at the top of a hill to dawlish warren so a nice walk down the road, there was a nice view when stood in the right places. The accommodation was clean/tidy and very homely. All utensils were provided which was a bonus, overall it was a great stay.

The caravan was homely and comfortable. The site lovely and a short 10 minute walk to the beach. Perfect location for exploring the area Teignmouth and Exmouth worth a visit.
