It was nice and quiet, and some of the staff were very friendly.

I think the property is well and truly dated. The photos shown do not reflect the reality. I really think the property needs an overhaul. At times meals were not served in time. Advertising a happy hour that never ever existed was disappointing, simple things like cleaning the cushions on the decking and mattress covers have not been cleaned for ages. The pool was grimy and although chlorine was put in it, it was not cleaned out properly. Would be nice to have a menu to choose from. I felt for the money I paid I could have at least had hot water shower, linen changed after the second day. The cereal provided for breakfast was stale.

the location is fantastic for getting to surf breaks. The food appears to have improved from previous reviews as it was quite good. the grounds people were fantastic and always helpful.

free activities like SUP or kayaking not available due to broken or lost paddles. the pool was in poor condition and needed a good clean.

Great location, accessible from the mainland. Beautiful views from the top of the hill, comfortable accommodations, amazing food, friendly helpful staff. Very relaxed vibe, easy access by boat to Namotu and Tavarua reefs.

Long walk to the dock from the common area

Amazing location just 30min boat ride to the surf. The food was very good and the staff was lovely. Tumeli, the manager, is super helpful and tried to accommodate all the guests needs. The price is very good compared to the surrounding options.

Rooms are a bit old. They could add some paddle boards, kayaks, newer surfboards for rent.
