"Decent stay, exceptional staff and average breakfast"

The room is decently sized and has all the basic facilities included. The beds were very comfortable and the staff were very attentive and helpful when it came to suggesting things to do in and around Alleppey and Kumarakom. They even set up a table tennis game room upon request.

Food variety for breakfast was very limited. Had the same thing three days in a row. Would have expected a bit more from KTDC especially after our stay at KTDC waterscapes 10 years ago, which was outstanding in comparison.

The location and the serenity

The upkeep of such a lovely property was average. The restaurant furniture was old and shabby. There is no beer parlour for the in-house guest the common beer and wine parlour is worse than a beverage shop. Guess being government owned the make staff are lethargic and with care a damn attitude.
