Property is absolutely amazing, located is absolutely worth it. You can see the lake view just right when you step out of your room, even it is visible from the room as well. Good part is staff is very well behaved and cooperative. Also it has so much to explore in garden area like swing , fish pond, and huge green area where you can chill and relax in the dusk and dawn hours. Rooms were clean as well.

Room could be more spacious. Only thing i was expecting was a little bigger size room which it wasn’t as much of my expectation.

Well maintained garden, rooms had good lighting and beds were comfortable. Air Con was working properly and warm water was easily available

Less food choice at the restaurant, the rooms had spiders and it was not cleaned. We had to switch room to avoid a big spider clinging on the false ceiling

Excellent service and facilities.Only shotcomming is non availability of pool.

The staff were hospitable and helpful. The property is well maintained and close to the Vemdanad lake. The food was also good. The staff were also helpful in providing with the contact information of the boat and cab drivers.

The room could have been a little more cleaner. But upon calling the reception, this issue was quickly resolved. The information provided at the reception about the local sightseeing could have been better, in the sense, could have been provided more from a tourist’s perspective. However, the contact information of the relevant people were provided, which was helpful.

The property is located at the Backwater with a stunning view. It is exceptionally clean and the staff is very very attentive. The cleaning happens almost throughout the entire day, very meticulously. At the reception Ms. Deepthi is very supportive and guides very properly regarding the local places to visit. Thomas who is a room attendant is also very very attentive. The food also is very tasty and fresh fish are served here. All in all this hotel gives an experience of living in a 5 star.

There is nothing that we didn't like. Just kudos to the full team and KTDC!!
