We stayed at Club Mahindra Assonora in July 2025 and had a wonderfully relaxing time. Surrounded by lush greenery and the soothing sound of monsoon rain, the resort offers a peaceful escape from the usual Goa scene. Our room (Room No. 2007) was clean, spacious, and cozy—perfect for the rainy weather. A heartfelt thank you to Jun Gogoi from housekeeping, whose exceptional service made a lasting impression. He was not only prompt and efficient but also incredibly warm and courteous. Jun took the time to check in on us daily, ensured everything was spotless, and always had a smile on his face. Staff like him truly elevate the entire experience. Even on rainy days, there were plenty of indoor activities to enjoy, from games to cultural sessions. The in-house restaurant served a great mix of local and Indian dishes—the Goan fish curry stood out, and breakfast offered a generous spread of fresh fruit, baked goods, and more. The overall atmosphere is calm and family-friendly, but it also works well for couples looking to unwind. We loved waking up to misty mornings and the soft rustle of palm leaves in the rain. Highly recommend this resort if you're looking for a serene Goan getaway, especially during the off-season. We left refreshed and would definitely return!
