Cabins at Grand Mountain

The bed was awesome. Normally the beds are not the best. The location was great, easy to get to the things we were wanting to do.

Could use a new sofa and chair. The sofa had a terrible sag and was very uncomfortable to sit on, but also difficult to get up from.

BEDBUGS!!! I arrived on a Saturday, and I was going to stay through Wednesday. That did not happen. I was assigned cabin 235. After Saturday night I woke up with multiple bites. I tried brushing it off, and continued my vacation. I returned to the cabin late, and fell asleep almost immediately. I woke up around 1am Monday morning to even more bites. I began looking around the bed and matress and noticed small blood stains and a bunch of what looked like dried blood crust around the edge. *I called the service team and tried to get a new cabin. They said the most they could do was put in a work order, and that the management would call me back. After hours of my guest and I cleaning our clothes and inspecting our suitcases, we just gave up and went to the thousand hills resort across the street.(great place btw). *I had to call back the manager of the cabins and they were no help. 9/10 the manager (Renee) would not answer. They sent an exterminator to check it out. All she would say is he found nothing. My guest went back to the cabin about 30 min after that text and said that the cabin looked untouched from how we left it. Idk how the exterminator would have noticed anything unless he would've tried. I told the cabins I already checked into a hotel across the street and wanted a full refund. They ignored me. I reported them to booking. Booking reached out and they ignored them. Finally the cabins sent me a message saying that they hope I enjoyed my stay. I responded I haven't been in the cabin since I left around 4 am Monday morning and that I still expect a refund. They responded management will reach out to me Thursday. *It is 1pm on Thursday currently and still no contact or refund. Also if you don't believe me look up the place on Google reviews and someone else had a similar experience a week prior.
