Cabins at Grand Mountain

Was very cozy, clean and in a great location around everything

I feel like the only thing that y’all could do any different is if you had a hot tub out on one of your screened in decks

Location was great! Nice condo. Possibly have a few supplies such as sugar packets & creamer, Coffee packets and a few zip lock baggie type items!

The Toilet was loose and the shower was difficult to get hot water! The handle did 360* and hard to control!

C0nvenient to attractions. Heating and air conditioning worked well . Full kitchen facilities were appreciated. Laundry was appreciated.

The bathroom was atrocious! Constant and unstoppable leak/drip from the shower with mold all along the bottom of the shower. Bathroom sink was clogged and would not drain. Sink tiles were cracked and broken. Wall next to sink was filthy with God only knows what. The toilet paper holder was in such a bad and awkward position that the TP had to sit on the sink. The floor registers were badly rusted and misshapen. The area next to and behind the washer/dryer was very dirty. A big blind in the living room was broken/missing part of a slat. The bed was comfortable, but the sheets and coverings and bedskirt were of poor quality and in bad shape. Lastly, the smell in the bathroom was so bad it permeated into the rest of the cabin. The chair/table set up on the deck was not user friendly and prohibited use of the space.

We were disappointed with the cabin location. It was located down a a hill behind the other cabins. We are 75 years old and taking our belongings down the trail and back up the trail was difficult for us.

There were no ice trays in the freezer. And the ledge above the kitchen cabinets was VERY thick with dust. It was obvious it is not one of the areas to be cleaned by housekeeping.

So many things. This cabin needs updating badly. The jacuzzi tub was disgustingly filthy and cracked and scratched. The maintenance guy came checked it out it did work but it’s OLD and filthy… The shower upstairs had very little water pressure and the one shower head had only extremely hot water. I felt we were ripped off when the bathing part was not good there. The cabin also was not that clean. The carpets need replaced they are all stained. If we didn’t wear slipper our feet got filthy from the floors.
