The location and size.

The AC wasn’t working upstairs, so they had a window unit that had a dirty filter in it, and either kept on all night or you had to turn it off. It wouldn’t just set the temperature and stay there, it would run all night. The fans and surfaces were very dusty, we kept randomly having clumps of dust fall on us, such as while eating at the dinner table, and clumps falling into the bathroom sink. Not all of the dishes were clean either, I pulled several silverware and bowls out that had old food dried onto them. The blinds upstairs were broken, looked like a child or a cat had hung on them. The bug netting on the “enclosed” porch was broken in several places, making it not enclosed due to bugs still getting in. The fire place is apparently seasonal, as when we couldn’t get it turned on, the customer service people told me it is seasonal for a source of heat… even though it got down to 39 degrees while we were there. It was also advertised that this location would have a hot tub on the enclosed porch. There was no hot tub. The only indoor pool is also not on site.. it is a couple miles away at a fitness center that you have to pay an additional fee to have access to.

We loved that our cabin was super close to the strip and gave us quick access to several attractions. We really enjoyed having the space to spread out and also a full kitchen to cook meals at instead of having to eat out every night. Checking in and out was a breeze and the staff were amazing! We will definitely be returning next time we come out to Branson!

The convenience and beautiful area

The 2 bathrooms were back to back making the plumbing of the toilets being shared. So if a person in one bathroom flushed the toilet the person in the other would experience that toilet bowl water go down. Would like to have some type of shelving in shower to make toiletries easier to access, especially needed for older guests! Please supply Kleenex.

Great location, close to all the attractions. Spacious cabin, very cozy. Definitely stay there again.

From carpet to tile upstairs in bedroom was not connected very good. Almost fell a couple times.

Beautiful and comfortable with home-like furniture such as a recliner and kitchen table.

Check in time is 4pm which is short time before Branson shows.

I love the location. Everything was literally only like 2-5 minutes away. It felt secluded but still close to all the main attractions!!
