Please note that the credit card used for the reservation should be presented upon check-in. Please note that the dress code at the restaurant requires smart casual attire for men at dinner (long trousers). Guests who wish to have an extra bed are kindly requested to contact the property in advance as they are subject to availability. Kindly note the hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize customers’ cards within 14 days from the arrival date and up to the percentage applicable in the cancellation policy of the reservation. Please note that for reservations of 5 rooms and above (group reservations) the hotel reserves the right to charge a 50% deposit on the total amount to guarantee the reservations. Please note that air conditioning is available from May to October. Please note the default bedding setting in all rooms except Villas, Bungalows & Luxury Suites, is based on twin beds. If you wish to have a double bed arrangement please inform the hotel at least 1 day before your scheduled arrival.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance.
