NOGreat cabin in a beautiful location, has everything one needs
No real issue, but the breakfast buffet could be slightly more interesting (no salmon in a town with a big salmon producer..). The beds are very soft.
AUSuch a lovely location looking out on to the fjord. Beds are comfy, and kitchen well equipped. Communication was easy, and check-in the same. Key was found easily in a lock box at the front door, and parking was available right next to cottage. Blinds that are open from top or bottom provided nice options for light. Breakfast was lovely, coffee was good. Shower was hot, plenty of water.
TV remote was missing, which staff were aware of that morning, but had done nothing to address. Not a big deal on most occasion, but missed an important program. Took three visits to reception to get it sorted - very poor service. No fly screens on windows, so unable to get air flow without letting in the plague of mosquitos.
PLEverything ok, calm. Delicious breakfast. Helpful staff. Beautiful neighborhood. Free parking on site.

SGImpeccable service, both breakfast and dinner at the restaurant are incredibly delicious (the specials we had was perfectly done), cabin is cozy and comfortable, clean and warm. The surrounding views are simply stunning, staff actually took the initiative to inform us of the northern lights (big big thank you), facilities were complete and very well equipped. We really enjoyed our stay here and just wished that we had a longer stay. In summary, I wish I can find a better word than PERFECT to describe Senja By Heart!! Thank you very much for making our stay in Senja such a memorable one!!

USNOWe liked the possibility of sleeping in a private cabin with all the necessary inside. We also loved the dinner at the restaurant.
Everything was amazing.
