Sehr originell bei der Maya Familie zu übernachten. Zimmer einfach aber sauber und alles warmen braucht. Das Personal besonders nett und freundlich und bemüht. Gute Hausmannskost!

Excellent service and stay in the Lacandón jungle region of Chiapas, Mexico. People are very nice and helpful, they take you around, suggest or equip with a local guide for both Bonampak and Yaxchilan. You feel safe , welcome and well attended all through your stay. Food is good, all offered in the common area/ restaurant where you can mingle with other people. I appreciated that they do their best to have an environmental friendly place, offering sustainable tourism and look after the environment and their culture as much as possible. The bungalows are very cosy and safe (from animals and insects) with double mosquito nets, which made us feel safe.

Nothing really, but being in the middle of the jungle is not for everyone; here, you feel and hear nature all around you intensely.

Location was perfect and the staff and locals were some of the nicest people we met throughout the trip. Thank you for being so welcoming and sharing all your knowledge!

Topche is in a beautiful location and the huts and surroundings are kept very well. The Chanuk family are lovey hosts giving a very happy fee to the place. It’s a perfect base to visit Yaxchilán and Bonampak, swim in the waterfalls and walk in the selva.

A few hooks and hangers in the cabañas would be useful.

Very comfortable place and it has everything we needed. The staffs were incredible and they went above and beyond to make our stay memorable.

The family are very friendly and the place is very clean, physically and energetically. No WiFi or mobile signal in cabins which Imo is a good thing. Walls are thin and cocks crow quite a lot.
