The accommodation is basic which is to be expected as it’s located in a tiny village immersed in nature. The service is the best we’ve received in our 3 weeks in Mexico so far. We also went on a guided tour through the jungle and tried their restaurant, both great and at fair prices. They don’t speak English but our basic Spanish was enough for us to communicate. Perfect spot for nature lovers!

The water temperature and pressure in the shower were a bit unreliable, but this has not by any means been uncommon during our trip though Mexico, and the place is quite remote.

It was cleaner than many other "upgraded" places we stayed at in Chiapas! Reception was friendly and accommodating as was the dining area.

There was construction work going on right next door to our room starting at 6:00 o'clock in the morning! It completely spoiled our stay. Squeakly clean upon arrival but there was a sampling of insects crawling into the room from under the unprotected door at night, they all quickly disappeared direction God knows where. The towel rack came off on us simply by grabbing a towel. So basically the rooms need a bit more than just cleanliness and a beautiful painting on the wall. Also the "garden view" was open to interpretation.

Beautifully located place in a remote and peaceful setting. Very simple but clean and well executed.

Logement confortable et très propre. Accès a une rivière ou il est possible de se baigner. Famille extrêmement gentille ! On reviendra. PS: il est écrit dans un commentaire plus bas que des groupes armés contrôlent la zone. Ce n'est plus le cas aujourd'hui. Il est complètement sûr de se rendre sur place.

Le premier jour nous n'avions pas d'électricité (dans tout le village) à cause d'une chute d'arbre mais ça a été réparé dans la soirée.

La qualità dell’accoglienza: fanno tutto il possibile per farti stare bene (non è semplice, date le abitudini europee e i mezzi di cui dispongono)

Niente da dire

Einfach super liebe und herzliche Menschen dort. Wir sind angekommen und haben direkt eine wunderschöne Tour durch den Dschungel gemacht. Ganz zauberhaft. Ein bisschen Spanisch Kenntnisse sind Voraussetzung.

Posto pulito e rilassante fuori dal mondo in un'altra dimensione

Purtroppo essendo molto isolato, non puoi muoverti liberamente e i proprietari sono li pronti a venderti qualsiasi cosa (taxi guida etc) a prezzi esorbitanti dando la colpa al caro benzina. Wi fi presente solo nella zona ristorante Tsnte zanzare e tanti moscerini: siamo stati beccati di brutto e siamo tornati verso Palenque con le infezioni nelle gambe. Munitevi di repellente ms anche di gentalin. L'esperienza in sé sarebbe anche bella ma, pare che, post covid, iprezzi siano triplicati😡😡😡

Excelente lugar para desconectarse del celular y conectarse con la naturaleza, comida muy buena, como en casa, debes ir con la mentalidad de estar en la selva, gozar la naturaleza. Vivir unos momentos libre del estrés diario. Muy recomendable. G
