Fantastic park will go back every time fantastic staff beautiful clean accommodation very comfortable , Great staff special shout out to the cleaner's reception staff , bar staff and Tom in the arcade they are a credit to the company

Accomadation was clean and comfortable

Only used the caravan and no other facilities

The location was alright, close to the beach The staff were nice

- unclean - no cleaning facilities eg. mop etc (but we had to ask for it a few times- didn’t get it when initially asked) - so many cobwebs - not enough entertainment options - the sofa was revoltingly dirty looking - WiFi was horrible

Comfortable chalet, convenient situation, good service including put of hours getting into accommodation. Appreciation of clothes, washing up liquid supplied. Key service available if arrive in evening. Help to find chalet given at reception - map of site.

Usually when stayed in self, catering a small amount of tea, coffee, milk in the accommodation. Also soap. We needed milk in morning, shop did not open until 9am. 8am opening would have been better. Not impressed with Family Entertainment, felt could be better! Seemed to be encouraging children to play on money consuming video/fruit machines (Gambling).

Wonderful location

Great nights' sleep, bed really comfortable. Welcome pa k of t-towel, washing up liquid, rubbish bags very nice idea.

Chalet was very basic, bathroom needed updating. WiFi none existent.

It was ok. I felt the food was average fast food and we either ate in the caravan or generally ate out. My kids are teenagers and there was little to nothing aimed at that age group.

Initial booking was a nightmare and from there I was on guard most of the time.
