I very seldom write a bad review, unless I feel the place is really bad. which this place is.. I would Definitely NOT recommend this place. WE DEFINITELY WONT BE BACK. 1st, I want to let people know that the 2nd double bed is up in the peak, you have to climb up a wooden ladder. Definitely not suitable for a child! Asked for a blanket for sofa bed, got a very small one, not enough to keep you warm, even with the good weather. no carbon monoxide detector, it has been removed. ref photo. one hand towel for 4 people. kitchen ware consists of 1 glass 1 plastic champagne flute 2 mugs 2 cups a few bits of cutlery...not enough for 4 people....and no tea towel to dry them.ref photo. Hot Tub was so DIRTY we couldn't use it! ref photos outside cooking area consisted of 1 frying pan that was disgusting...ref photo electric ring..rusted and disgusting. ref photo Again we did not use it! patio furniture consisted of 2 old kitchen chairs, 1 old chair with arms and 1 patio chair. The patio chair was comfortable, but the other 3 were not...so hard to sit on..ref photo firepit still had ashes from previous guests. The listing says you have a lake view, NO you just see trees! unfortunately it only let me add 4 photos! A boy, about 10 or 11 came around the next morning to check the hot tub, we told him how dirty it was and , that we couldn't use it, he said his brother had cleaned it the day before, he's about 14 years old

No clear instructions on the hot tub, flies everywhere, other pods were nicer for less money, shelves fell off the wall in the middle of the night and onto us in the bed would definitely not stay again staff were rude and any add ons were more money even if we showed up late there was a fee

Bluetooth on the hot tub and the outside lights at night.

First thing we noticed wasn’t right was we got charged £20 late check in fee which had to be paid in cash when we arrived. This was never stated anywhere. It says check in from 4pm and we arrived at 5:45 and got a late fee. The car park was a fair bit away from the actual pod. The pod itself wasn’t the best and had no shower and not the cleanest. We had this trip planned and were so disappointed especially that we only got to use the hot tub for 10 minutes before my partner split their foot open on a sharp broken filter cover inside the hot tub.

Nothing.

There was mould on the walls and ceiling.The duvet cover had muck on it and black dog hair. The shower was a hike away and the jacuzzi was filthy. No phone or Internet signal.No card facilities cash only so had to drive 25 minutes for food. Not a relaxing break at all. We were told there would be a jacuzzi inspection at 8 o'clock the next morning to make sure we hadn't left it dirty.

Nothing…

I’ve never wrote a bad review in me life but really felt that I had to with this one. Lack of privacy as anyone passing by can see right into the pods or jacuzzi, rooms were full of flies, bins were full from previous people that were staying, dirty bed sheets, not a stitch of service on either of our phones or any WiFi, the cooking equipment that was provided was filthy and covered in cob webs and bugs, we actually left in middle of night and drove over 2 hours home as the owner walked in twice unannounced plastered drunk first time we were annoyed but second time my girlfriend was getting changed and looked out the window and seen a drunk man looking back in at her which brings me back to my point of lack of privacy as no blinds on the window, we felt very unsafe so ended up packing our bags and leaving for the price you’re paying it’s no where near any good value…

Got there and was upgraded to a great spot. Staff was amazing and the while experience was perfect . Will be back and. Would recommend

The hot tub was amazing, and the cabin was so comfy
