I loved everything about this property.

We did not eat breakfast at the hotel. We had supper at the hotel and it was good.

Please notify guests if the water in the resourt is safe enough for consumption. For a 4 star establishment, at least provide guests with 1/2 bottled water in their rooms/fridge daily. The bed in room 223A was making noise when sleeping and having to turn sides. That disturbs sleep and defeats the purpose of rest. There was a day when the rooms were not properly cleaned and tidied up.

Facilities was good.

Their staff is not not helpful, they back mouth the guests especially the restaurant staff.They whisper and gossiping about the guest which is not nice at all. Very impatient as if they are doing us a favor. They must be trained properly especially to respect the guests knowing that without guests there is no employment.I have a full respect for the staff at Sabie River Lodge and Kruger Park Lodge well mannered. The house keeping staff also cant even make the bed properly. Especially the lady who was there on the 1st Jan.we were in room 226 and 227

I really enjoyed the close proximity of the Resort Hotel to main attractions like the Kruger National Park, the staff were exceptional, they were friendly and helpful. The hotel also has various fun activities facilitated through their WhatsApp group which was quite refreshing and kept us entertained. The food was 10/10 so flavorful and enjoyable. The facilities were also a great added bonus such as the gym, tuckshop and tennis court.

I didn't like the bathroom mainly because of the bath and connected shower which was challenging to navigate and I wish the towels were white because at times they smelt a bit musky.

Location superb very convenient close to most activities and restaurants

Breakfast was not value for money.

The set up and the admin top notch . Food of top quality.

The Staff. We made our booking last minute, check in was quick and seamless, the lady at Reception was a darling. We even got a room upgrade.

The was a slight stuffy smell when we got to the room.
